General
What types of products does Essence Pure offer?
Essence Pure offers a selection of natural oils, spices and Moroccan plants as well as traditional treatments inspired by Moroccan rituals (such as black argan soap).
All products are chosen for their quality, their naturalness and their link to Moroccan know-how.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are inspired by Morocco and are sourced from producers and artisans based in Morocco. We favor traditional methods (cold pressing, natural drying, careful harvesting) and simple, natural ingredients.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, our oils, plants, spices, and skincare products are made from 100% natural ingredients. We prioritize short, easy-to-understand formulas, without unnecessary additives.
Orders and customer account
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can order as a guest. However, having an account makes it easier to access your order history and delivery information.
How can I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you don't see anything within a few minutes.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been prepared or shipped yet, we may sometimes be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page. by specifying your order number.
Delivery
What are your delivery methods?
We generally offer two types of delivery:
- Local deliverywithin a defined area (radius around our base in France),
- National deliveryvia a carrier (Mondial Relay).
The exact available options and associated prices are automatically displayed at checkout, based on your address.
How does local delivery work?
Local delivery is offered within a defined radius of our starting point. If your address is eligible, the "Local Delivery" option will appear at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your package and then deliver it to the address you provided. If you are not home, the package may be left in a secure location (for example, in front of your door or at an agreed-upon address) and you will receive a confirmation (email or message).
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method and your address. For your information:
- Local delivery:usually within a few working days after order confirmation.
- Domestic delivery:average carrier delivery times (often between 2 and 5 working days after dispatch).
These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the period (holidays, high activity, etc.).
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on the chosen method (local, collection point) and the amount of your order. The exact amount is clearly displayed in your shopping cart before payment.
Do you deliver outside of France?
Available delivery areas are shown at checkout. If your country is not yet listed, it means we do not currently deliver to that area. Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions.
Products and use
How do I know how to use each product?
We have created a dedicated User Guides pagewhere you will find, product by product, usage advice, application areas and precautions.
Are your oils suitable for the face, body and hair?
Each oil has its own specific characteristics. See the product pages and the Guides page for more information. We clearly indicate the possible application areas (face, body, scalp, lengths, etc.) and the recommended frequency of use.
If in doubt, always start with a small amount and test on a small area of skin.
What should I do if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin, we always recommend a patch test: apply a small amount of product to a limited area (for example, the inside of the wrist) and wait 24 hours to observe the skin's reaction.
In case of doubt or special condition, always seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
How to store your products
In general:
- Store the oils away from direct light and heat.
- Please close the bottles and sachets tightly after each use.
- Avoid humidity for plants and spices.
- Do not use a product whose smell, color, or texture seems abnormal to you.
Payment and security
What payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are displayed at the time of order placement (for example: credit card, e-wallet, etc.). All transactions are processed through a secure payment provider.
Is payment on your site secure?
Yes, the payment is secure. Bank details do not pass through Essence Pure: they are encrypted and processed by our payment partner via a secure connection (https).
Returns & order issues
Can I return a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If you have any doubts, concerns upon receipt, or questions about a product, please contact us via the Contact page. with your order number: we will study your situation on a case-by-case basis.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number,
- a description of the problem,
- Photos of the package and products if necessary.
We will do our best to find a solution quickly.
